CASE STUDIES

Four illustrative examples

Based on the kind of work we do for offices, schools, manufacturers and co-working spaces — not named accounts. Every card below is marked as such.

IT SERVICES

A 400-seat IT office across two floors in Noida Sector 62

Problem
Four vendors, four delivery days a week, and a pantry that still ran dry twice a month. Nobody owned the problem until something ran out.
What we did
Consolidated all four categories onto one standing monthly order, sized from headcount, with a fixed delivery date and a named contact.
Result
One delivery a month instead of four a week, one invoice instead of four, and the combined order value moved them into a higher bulk slab.

EDUCATION

A senior secondary school in West Delhi, roughly 1,800 students

Problem
Session-start ordering ran late every year. Quotes arrived in formats the purchase committee had to retype before they could compare them.
What we did
Quoted the full session list itemised in the school's own prescribed format, six weeks ahead, with delivery scheduled against the academic calendar.
Result
Committee approval in one cycle instead of two, and stock on site before the session opened rather than during its first week.

MANUFACTURING

An engineering unit in Faridabad Sector 24 running two shifts

Problem
Housekeeping and washroom consumables were bought ad hoc at list price, and the monthly spend moved unpredictably.
What we did
Switched daily-use cleaning chemicals to concentrates with a dilution chart, right-sized garbage bag micron to actual waste weight, and put the lot on an annual rate contract.
Result
A predictable monthly consumable line that finance could budget against, and a lower cost per use on the items consumed most.
Booth seating in an office pantry or co-working lounge area

CO-WORKING

A co-working operator with three floors in Gurugram

Problem
Pantry and housekeeping were charged back to members, but consumption per floor was invisible, so the chargeback was guesswork.
What we did
Delivered floor-wise against separate dockets, billed on one consolidated statement with a per-floor breakdown.
Result
Chargebacks based on actual per-floor consumption instead of an estimate split three ways.
WHY NO LOGO WALL

Shape over show

You will not find a wall of famous logos on this page. Most supplier sites carry them and most of them are decoration — a multinational logo tells you nothing about whether a Delhi supplier can get tissue rolls to your fourth floor on a Tuesday.
What we show instead is the shape of the work: the sector, the size, the problem and what changed. The four examples above are illustrative, built from the kind of engagements we run — not a claim that these are named, real clients.
