How long is a quote valid?

Normally 15 days. Anything commodity-linked that could move sooner is flagged on the quote itself rather than repriced later without warning.

Will I be put on a sales call list?

No. We reply to your enquiry and follow up once. If the timing is not right, tell us and we will leave you alone until you get in touch.

Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?

Yes, pan-India for larger consignments — typically 3–5 working days. Within NCR we run our own delivery schedule, so it is same-day or next-day.
