Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver, how fast, and what it costs.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy applies to universalcorporate.in and to supplies purchased from Universal Corporate.
We run our own delivery schedule inside Delhi NCR and use transporters beyond it. The difference matters, so we state it plainly rather than quoting one timeline for everywhere.

Delhi NCR

We deliver on our own vehicles across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
Stocked items ordered before the daily cut-off are generally delivered the same day in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram, and the next working day in Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Cut-off times differ by city and are shown on each city page.
Delivery within Delhi NCR is included; outside NCR, freight is quoted with the order.

Outside NCR

We deliver pan-India for larger consignments, typically within 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and transporter schedule. Remote locations can take longer.
Freight for deliveries outside NCR is quoted with your order and shown on the quotation before you confirm.

Scheduling and site access

We agree a delivery slot with you for regular and standing orders. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the consignment, and tell us about any building restrictions — security clearance, service lift timings, no-entry hours — before delivery.
Where a delivery cannot be completed because access was not available, we will re-attempt on the next run. Repeated failed attempts may attract a re-delivery charge.

Multi-site delivery

We deliver to multiple floors, branches or campuses against a single order, with a separate docket per site and one consolidated statement carrying a site-wise breakdown.

Delays

Timelines are estimates made in good faith. Where something will be late you will hear it from us before the delivery window passes, not afterwards. Delays caused by events outside our control — transport disruption, civic restrictions, natural events — are not something we can be held liable for, but we will keep you informed and offer alternatives.
